Menu:
– Combined dishes of Iberian cold meat: chorizo, salchichón, sausage loin, jamón and Manchego cheese with fried almonds
– Assorted montaditos/tapas: Almussafes (sobrasada, cheese and fried onion), chivito (bacon, loin and egg), black pudding from Burgos with peppers, carved meat, esgarraet (cod and peppers) and titaina (tuna and vegetables sauté).
– Salted and smoked: anchovy, sardine, tuna jerky and smoked salmon accompanied with grated tomato.
– Steamed cloxinas and garlic shrimp.
– Drinks: White and red wine, beers, soft drinks, water…
– Premium Snacks: split and gazpachada olives.
– Varied desserts and coffees.
